We are a self check-in hotel designed for your convenience. Our self-check-in app allows you to pre-register up to 6 days before your arrival. When you arrive, simply connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi to complete the verification process and receive your digital key. This system provides seamless room access and ensures your privacy, enabling a fully autonomous check-in and check-out experience.
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to rate type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.
Starting from May 1, 2024, no deposit is required at check-in. If there are any additional charges, we will contact you for payment.
We regret to inform that as we are a self check-in hotel, outstanding booking payment are to be made via the app during check-in
Our hotels do not provide in-house laundry services. However, ST Signature Jalan Besar has in-house coin-operated washing machines.

Our hotel does not provide breakfast.
However, there will be instances (for selected locations) where your hotel booking/ package includes a breakfast coupon at a 3rd party location.
Housekeeping (including change of linens, pillowcases and bedsheets) can be requested at least 1 day in advance, once every 3 days. Please inform our community host via Whatsapp to request for the service.
For change of towels, please kindly message us to check on availability.
All bookings are under the non-cancellation and non-refundable policy
Changing of dates or room types is subjected to availability and top-ups if necessary.
To check-in to the hotel, guests must be 18 years and older. As per National Registration Regulations, hotel check-ins require a valid and physical NRIC/passport/work pass. During pre-arrival registration you will be asked to upload your ID. To complete the check-in, on your day of arrival, you are required to take a selfie via the app to match the submitted ID. This needs to be done on hotel premises and connected to hotel Wi-Fi.
