    Is there any security deposit required during check-in?
    Yes. There will be a $80 Security Deposit to be made during check-in and only via credit or debit card.
    Can I pay cash on the spot for my booking?
    We regret to inform that as we are a self check-in hotel, outstanding booking payment are to be made via the app during check-in
    Are there laundry services provided at the hotel?
    Only ST Signature Jalan Besar has in-house coin-operated washing machines. The other hotels do not have in-house laundry services and you can consider our laundry partner Piing or nearby Launderette.
    Will there be breakfast provided?
    There are no breakfast provided unless you had booked packages that comes with bento breakfast or breakfast coupon at nearby coffeehouse.
    How frequent is the housekeeping?
    It will be daily during non-Covid period and during Covid period, it will be only be carried out upon guest request to minimise contact.
    Can I cancel my booking and get refund?
    All bookings are under the non-cancellation and non-refundable policy
    Can I change the dates or room types for my booking?
    Changing of dates or room types is subjected to availability and top-ups if necessary.
