Starting from May 1, 2024, no deposit is required at check-in. If there are any additional charges, we will contact you for payment.
We regret to inform that as we are a self check-in hotel, outstanding booking payment are to be made via the app during pre-registration.
Our hotels do not provide full in-house laundry services. However, ST Signature Jalan Besar offers coin-operated washing machines, priced at $5 per wash and $5 per dryer cycle.
Alternatively, we recommend visiting nearby laundromats for your laundry needs

To check-in to the hotel, guests must be 18 years and older. As per National Registration Regulations, hotel check-ins require a valid and physical NRIC or passport. During pre-arrival registration you will be asked to upload your ID. To complete the check-in, on your day of arrival, you are required to take a selfie via the app to match the submitted ID.
