    FAQ

    Is there any security deposit required during check-in?
    Starting from May 1, 2024, no deposit is required at check-in. If there are any additional charges, we will contact you for payment.
    Can I pay cash on the spot for my booking?
    We regret to inform that as we are a self check-in hotel, outstanding booking payment are to be made via the app during check-in
    Are there laundry services provided at the hotel?
    Our hotels do not provide in-house laundry services. However, ST Signature Jalan Besar has in-house coin-operated washing machines. 

    Otherwise, we recommend you to visit nearby laundromats
    Will there be breakfast provided?
    Our hotel does not provide breakfast.

    However, there will be instances (for selected locations) where your hotel booking/ package includes a breakfast coupon at a 3rd party location.
    How frequent is the housekeeping?
    Housekeeping (including change of linens, pillowcases and bedsheets) can be requested at least 1 day in advance, once every 3 days. Please inform our community host via Whatsapp to request for the service. 

    For change of towels, please kindly message us to check on availability.
    Can I cancel my booking and get refund?
    All bookings are under the non-cancellation and non-refundable policy
    Can I change the dates or room types for my booking?
    Changing of dates or room types is subjected to availability and top-ups if necessary.
    What is the check-in policy?
    To check-in to the hotel, guests must be 18 years and older. As per National Registration Regulations, hotel check-ins require a valid and physical NRIC/passport/work pass. During pre-arrival registration you will be asked to upload your ID. To complete the check-in, on your day of arrival, you are required to take a selfie via the app to match the submitted ID. This needs to be done on hotel premises and connected to hotel Wi-Fi.

    In line with industry practice and government guidelines, a deep cleaning and disinfection charge will be imposed on you if you are tested positive of COVID-19 positive during your stay at our premises. A cleaning invoice of S$50+ will be issued to you and payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.

    ST Signature Chinatown is not available for SHN booking as that location only has cabins with shared bathroom which is not approved for SHN. 

    For the other 3 hotel locations, please remember to book cabins with private bathroom.
